Can you clean second story windows?
We absolutely can! Using our carbon fiber extension poles and deionized (purified) water systems, we can reach all your tricky 2nd story windows from the safety of the ground.
Do I have to be home?
Nope! For exterior window cleaning, house washing, or any other exterior service, we’ll only need access around the outside of your property.
For interior window cleaning, you’re welcome to leave us a key or provide a door code. We’ll treat your home with care and make sure everything is securely locked when we leave.
How do you collect payment?
When accepting your quote you’ll simply add a card on file through our secure client portal. We’ll only charge it once the cleaning is done and you’re completely happy with the results.
